I would not recommend using peter Dunn realestate to sell your house he tells you there will be no problem in selling your home but he doesnt even get any offers during his agreement time frame, I even found out he lies, tells you he has shown someone through your place when he hasnt, how do I know this cause he tell me when he shown the person through my place so I than ask several people in the neighbourhood who all say he didnt. Plus he tells you before you sign up you can cancel your agreement at anytime if your not happy with the results but if you try to cancel the agreement he starts complaining that his time is not up yet.
