We have purchased 2 properties with Bailey. This week we have also leased our investment property for the 1st time. We had a choice of quality tenants within days of it being listed and received a polished & professional service each time with both Sales & Property Management. We are extremely happy we chose Bailey!
Except one agent very unprofessional and uneducated staff unable to resolve the simplest requests. Bailey cannot be recommended, neither to land owners nor to tenants. Better search for a different agency.
Prospective tenants be warned! This agency was managing a property I was renting in Singleton. Throughout the whole process, they have been unethical and unprofessional. Its almost always impossible to speak to someone, they hardly ever return phone calls or emails. When they do, they write or say something and then go ahead and do the opposite. I would not recommend them nor would I deal with them again and based on my experience, I strongly advice everyone to do the same. I will look into this further and report them to the real estate licensing authority.
