Nice park, sitting area, next to petrol station, lots of flying foxes to watch.

We took a 4 & 6yr old bike riding we all loved it lots of fun paths BUT council really need to clean the bat poo it was EVERY WHERE and smelt dreadful

Was one of the most beautiful parks in the state. Idiot animal liberationists have stopped attempts to rid the flying fox infestation. Some claim to be greenies but cannot be as they have decimated 100yr + trees. Besides fresh water, trees are the most important species on the planet. Council has done a good job cleaning up their damage & plantig new trees but the flying fox problem still exists. Why they carn't net under the nesting vermon, tear gas them so they can be humanely captured then relocated. When we have a major health issue because of them, who is responsible?; does council have enough liability insurance !??

Still bats in the trees, however now able to sit at benches without being attacked. Well kept grounds, toilets and playground.

A great park for picnics and walks. It has a band Rotunda and a Cenotaph, public toilets and a play area and the Singleton Historical Society & Museum is situated on the Bourke street side of the park, now that the bat problem has died down the ANZAC and Remembrance day service's are back in the park where they belong. If you're look for a good pub meal the Royal hotel/ motel is across the street and The Horse and Jocky is on the opposite side of the street next to the service station both have great pub style meals at great prices with a children's menu and children are welcome.
