Enjoyed the hydro pool today and appreciated the caring surveillance of the life guards.Only suggestion is some grab bars in the showers would improve things

Equipment is good with large separate area for weights, cardio, group fitness and swimming pools. It's an amazing facility now that the upgrades are done. Air conditioning a bit variable in the zones. Some great instructors (Nicki, Emma) and the others are OK. Long hours, heaps of classes. Good gym.
Excellent swimming set up and quality facilities for gym also.. Not a huge range of machinery in the gym but enough to be able to get a good work out in. Air conditioned comfort. Clean and tidy. Great classes too
