My son went to purchase some musical items the other day and found out they were closed down.
This shop no longer exists - it has closed down.
Paid for a car stereo and fitting,microphone for blue tooth not installed.they used old microphone already fitted.Because it was easy,went back have to wait 3 days to put new microphone in vehicle.Very poor they charged me for installing unit and pulled this stunt Never go there againTwo weeks later been back twice as unit incorrectly wired,head unit showing wiring fault warning.After taking car back 3 times they finally rewired and fixed problem.Total in taxi $120,on top of cost of head unit installation.Had reverse camera fitted no problems.Wanted to get advice on a pair of new speakers for car.Rang shop,I was told they would get car installer to ring me.No reply.Range again next day,same thing .They would get installer to ring back.No reply.I rang another car audio shop in Sydney.Got good advice and bought speakers from them online.Good service easy to work with.Never go near this Singleton Sound ever again.They never know what's going on.Frustrating and no one seems to give a damn.I wonder if the owner is aware of this carry on.Been a while since the head unit installed, installed 2way radio ,when i went to remove center console with head unit fitted only 1 bolt used to refit console after singleton sound reinstalled console, requiring 4 in each corner of console. They are the most nastiest rough installers I ever had the misfortune to be ripped off from. Unbelievable, 5 kg of stereo flying around car in an accident, totally amazing.
