They do what you expect. Cheap prices on a huge range of stuff with minimal customer service. The staff there are good, but you expect to be left alone which works for me.
I've always found all Singleton NSW Big W staff to be friendly, approachable & very helpful. Recently, I was looking for a particular type of 'Ms Fixit' cylindrical ice cube tray with a special silicone press out release base, which I wanted to buy for a friend with Parkinsonism. I couldn't find any stock in any Upper or Lower Hunter Region Big W stores when checking online. The customer service associate I spoke to even searched on her stock database handset to see if she could find stock in other stores which might have not been updated on the website, but as it turned out, no Hunter Region stores had any of these particular ice cube trays listed in stock on their databases either. Even though I couldn't find what I was looking for, the associate saved me from spending a lot of time calling around to other stores, which is great, proactive customer service in itself.
Can buy lots of things here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend Big W Singleton. Worth going to visit.
