My hair has a huge chunk out of one side of the back, its completey uneven on the back and been cut so short on one side I cant even get it fixed, the layers look like steps they are so chunky and its very different to what I asked for! Has also gone all frizzy on the ends where it was cut as well, Im not sure why, maybe blunt scissors. Really disappointed this cut will take quite a while to grow out and is embarrassing :-(
